Located in the historic village of Wye and only 5 miles from junction for the M20 motorway, The Kings Head is a Victorian gastro-pub that offers locally sourced dishes and spacious rooms with antique furniture.

Each room features private bathroom facilities and tea/coffee making facilities.

The Kings Head's award-winning restaurant serves dishes using local produce from the nearby farms and producers.

Wye train station is a 9-minute walk and offers a direct link to London's Charing Cross, or Ashford International in 7 minutes, where you can get a 30 minute train to St Pancras, or to Paris in less than two hours. Canterbury is a 15-minute train ride. Ashford Golf Course is 4.5 miles away.

The Kings Head Team are the focal point that make the Kings Head what it is. Chris and Deb head the team and with a background in events and finance we have the perfect balance to keep this grand old pub with a modern vibe on track. As soon as we walked into the Kings Head we knew this was where we wanted to spend the rest of our lives and plan to develop the menu onto greater heights than ever before. We're a family here and guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends. We strive to bring you the best that Kent has to offer and work with the pick of the local suppliers who produce superb ingredients. The Kings Head Inn is situated in the historic village of Wye, Kent, nestled at the foot of the North Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In keeping with the countryside location, each of our guest rooms are simply and tastefully decorated, making use of painted wood panelling, some with shaker peg rails. The tastefully selected furniture mixed with bright accents and modern accessories give the rooms a fresh and uncluttered feel, while retaining our trademark rustic charm.

Surrounded by the stunning Kent countryside, Wye is conveniently located just a few miles from the M20 motorway, giving easy access to the Channel Tunnel, and ferry crossings to France and beyond. Wye is a historic village with many lovely streets to meander along, and plenty of local amenities, including a Co-op mini supermarket, chemist, numerous hair dressers and beauty salons, a barber shop, micro pub, gift shops, bakery, butcher and 6 places to eat (including the Kings Head!). There's also a vets, and doctor's surgery, newsagent, and the village post office. Wye is it's own unique bubble where time slows down and you can get back to the important things in life, you and your family. Nearby Ashford international station is only a short 38 minute journey by high speed rail from London St Pancras.
