everything about the property is great. the ground floor pub and the room were both quite charming, updated, and clean. dinner at the grill was delicious, as was the included breakfast. I valued being close to the train station so the middle own town is a bit of a walk, but nothing terrible. the staff was superb! kind, cheerful, and helpful.

I travel a lot and it’s one of the best my stays! it’s really the hidden gem! this place is so cozy, comfortable, you are like coming to friends! location is perfect - on the one hand, you are like out of town, and on the other, five minutes on foot and you are in the center of Oxford! very friendly and caring staff. stylish rooms, comfortable bed, great shower. the restaurant on the ground floor so beautiful. and perfect included breakfast from restaurant grill brunch menu! delicious!
