The accommodation was just gorgeous! Great sized living area and bedrooms, all clean and nicely decorated. The owner has thought of everything, the property is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday run smoothly, including shopping bags and an umbrella you could borrow if needed. My favourite things were the balcony, and a little secret garden both with an amazing view of Looe and the river. You could use the binoculars if you wanted! When you arrive there is tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge! Also biscuits and cereals which my son loved. Nothing is too much trouble. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept. Just a 5 minute walk down the hill and you are right near the beach, restaurants, pubs and main shops so it's ideally situated.

The venue and host were perfect! The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the place was lovely and comfortable. There were lots of lovely added touches like Children’s books, toys, picnic set, games, torch and binoculars. Would love to go again 😃

We where greeted by Maggie who is the owner of the Knoll and felt very welcomed. We could park our car close by. The Knoll is a flat and was very clean inside with all the things you need. The View from the Knoll is fantastic.

Location, view, fun aspect on the steep hillside. Very well presented and felt like home at the end of the day. Great base to explore from - walks directly from Looe and buses/trains to explore further or make a one-way coastal jaunt more circular. Lovely sandy beach, and rock pools to explore. Lots of lovely places to eat-in or take out. Binoculars provided if you don't bring your own. We had a lovely time.

Maggie, the owner put milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits out for us for when we arrived, lovely touch. The Knoll has Sky tv, beach towels, various toiletries and is immaculately clean.

Het was heel erg schoon en netjes, en voelde ook heel huiselijk. Kleine extra’s zoals een pak melk en koekjes die klaar stonden en bloemen op tafel.
