We loved our brief stay at the Lamb Inn. It is an old inn and pub, with immaculate, large, comfortable rooms. We were in the Allium, which has the hugest bathroom! The garden out back is so pretty and peaceful. The inn had a perfect location, on a quiet street just off the High Street. The restaurant was good as well. Burford is a perfect stop on the way to explore the Cotswolds.

United States of AmericaI have always wanted to stay at the Lambs Inn in Burford, as we have been to the Cotswolds in the past. I remember walking by the hotel and peaking in the window and seeing a lovely room, thinking to myself . . . “oh how lovely!” Reality wasn’t disappointing! 🥰. I love the beautiful, charming, mix of old world European structure with modern day comforts. The mixture was bucolic and inviting. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night and thought it was good (3 out of 4 stars). Breakfast was in the same restaurant and was very good. The restaurant staff was very good. The room had all one would need: robes, hairdryer, clothes iron, tea & coffee service, desk.
United States of AmericaLarge room with a double bed, the bed and pillows are super comfy. They’ve prepared a bowl for my dog, which was lovely! The amenities they use are of great quality. The lady who checked me in was super nice, the rest of the staffs are courteous too! loved the breakfast spread, would definitely be coming back to stay.
