  • We are looking to stay over the dates of 30th April - 3rd May we would be travelling from North Yorkshire,England - what date is your lockdown lifted?

    Hi, We are expecting an announcement next week about the hospitality sector. We are hopeful for the 26th April. Maybe book and then cancel if necessary, rather than be disappointed- we have little availability left over the season . Thanks.

    We over look Dunvegan Loch so have a clear view of the night Skye to the North with no light pollution, so if the conditions are right The Lambing Shed is situated for a fantastic view of the Northern Lights.

The Lambing Shed is set on a croft in the small crofting community of Borreraig overlooking stunning views of Dunvegan Loch and the historical MacCrimmon Cairn. Its blissfully peaceful, with a real sense of ‘getting away from it all’. The Lambing Shed has a luxurious finish with handmade bespoke furniture, original art and beautiful tiled floor. The accommodation is spacious with a double walk in rain shower, double basin, kingsize bed, open plan living with leather chesterfield sofas, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a boot room for outdoor gear with a washing machine and tumble drier. A lovely outside space with seating to watch the sunrise and dolphin watch. Complimentary toiletries, welcome pack and drinks are all part of making a luxury stay at The Lambing Shed.-

The Lambing Shed is situated on a croft in Borreraig overlooking the historic MacCrimmon Cairn And has amazing views of Dunvegan Loch. It’s a totally peaceful and blissful location with real sense of being ‘ away from it all’. Dunvegan is a 10 - 15 minute drive, there is The Castle, shops, restaurants, cafes, convenience store, bakers, and other amenities here. There are many tourist attractions on Skye, the Old Man of Storr, Talisker, the Cuilllins , Leat Falls, Kilt Rock and Fairy Pools are all within an short drive. There are plenty of walks and hikes nearby and further afield there are many other landmarks and points of interest to travel to for a day out. For foodies we are spoilt on Skye with the world famous Three Chimneys being only 5 miles away. Other amazing restaurants such as Lochbay, Greshornish house, Edinbane Lodge And Kinloch Lodge are all on the island, Kinloch Lodge being the furthest at 1.20 hour drive.
