These modern apartments are set over three locations within the heart of historic Harrogate.

Each apartment at The Lawrance features an open-plan living area with fabulous, modern decor including hand-printed wallpaper and laminate wood flooring. All kitchens are modern and come fully-equipped with microwave and/ or oven, hobs for cooking and a refrigerator. Tea, coffee and a pint of fresh milk are provided on arrival.

Bedrooms feature comfortable beds with goose down pillows and duvets (hypoallergenic bedding also available upon request). Towels and essential toiletries are provided.

Free parking is on a first come, first served basis. If you are located to our Kings Road location, you will be offered the use of free car parking at Duchy Road.

All three locations are located close to the town center.

  • Hi - thinking of booking an apartment on Sunday 2nd May. Am I allowed to do this for leisure purposes? Finding the covid rules a little unclear

    Thank you for your enquiry. Our duchy Road apartments have opened for leisure purposes on the 12th April 2021 and our Kings Road apartments will open on the 17th May.

  • Hello, Please could you confirm the difference between the studio and the one bedroom apartment? Is it possible to ensure we have a booking with a kitchenw with a hob?

    Good Afternoon, All apartments have a kitchen with hob and combination oven. The one apartment has separate living area/kitchen area and bedroom and the studio has a fashionable wood a glass wall seperating the two areas. I hope this helps.

Meet the Lawrance Ted – Alfie! This little fella joined the team a few years ago and enjoys nothing more than a trip to Valley Gardens in the summer with a picnic! His brother, Bertie Bear can be found in our York reception keeping the guests entertained!

Lawrance Favourites- Valley Gardens on a hot summers day (when we are lucky!) The Royal Pump Room Museum for our magic sulphur spring water & the wonderful Harrogate Stray, 200 acres of beautiful grassland wrapped around the bustling town centre!

All three properties are within walking distance from each other and from the town center.

Please be aware The Lawrance cannot guarantee specific locations or apartments but will endeavor to meet your requirements.

Please note there are no elevators in any of our locations. We are not advertised as an accessible property.

The apartments are central to the town center and may experience some noise generated by the general public and traffic.

If a booking is made more than 1 month before arrival, 20% of the total amount of the stay will have to be paid when booking. If a booking is made less than one month before arrival, the full amount will be taken at the time of booking. Where a remaining balance is taken one month prior to your arrival and the card declines, the guest has up until 20 days prior to arrival to provide an alternative method of payment or the booking will be canceled and any deposits paid will be retained. For bookings made within one month of the arrival date and Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

The reception is located at King's Road and is open between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday; between 10:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays and between 10:00 and 14:00 on Sundays. The property ask all guests to have checked into their apartments by 21:00. The property will send you an email the day prior to your arrival with all the information you will need. This email will include which of the three locations you will be staying at and the access instructions including your four digit key box code for your unique key box.
