The pool area. I was particularly impressed by the manager stopping people using mobile phones in the pool area something our spa has failed to do. This area is supposed to be for relaxation not listening to people on mobiles. The breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely.

United KingdomI thought I was booking a hotel, rather than a room in a lodge, but that was fine. The room was clean, reception staff helpful, we didn't use house keeping but asked for extra milk and coffee from reception and that was no problem. We ate several times in the club house in the evening, not a really varied menu but good food cooked well and suited us fine. The pool was lovely, quiet when we used it. And about a half an hour walk into town/the beach. Okay to walk there but taxied back as it would have been all up hill!

The facilities were great especially the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which we had full use of all the length of our stay. Richard at breakfast was a great member of staff, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A great asset. Also the young dark haired girl on reception(forget her name) was so helpful friendly and polite that nothing was too much trouble for her to help us with. Actually all members of staff were brilliant and made our stay so much better than we could have ever hoped for. We will be back and very soon.
