We do indeed have both decaffeinated tea and coffee, and we do have soya milk available at the bar and at breakfast, although not in the rooms. On request you could take a jug of soya milk back to your room however.

Our breakfast menu and the buffet include 40 items, the choice is comprehensive and includes both continental and of course cooked to order. The Restaurant which is open 7 days a week has a selection for most preferences including Pescatarian, Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten. If you have a preference please make a point of engaging with us at an appropriate time and giving us a reasonable notice and we will happily oblige. On our we b site there are comprehensive menus.

We don't have guided or arranged ones, but there are plenty of cycle routes around here for keen cyclists

We don't currently have a honeymoon suite on site, however we are twinned with Salcote Place in Rye, a stunning wedding venue and luxury bed&breakfast. The honeymoon suite is £250/night. For more information see the Salcote Place site.

It is only possible if you are working in the area (you may be required to show proof of this) at the moment due to the national lockdown: restrictions on staying for tourism & visiting purposes are in place until late May or possibly June.

Almost all our room rates include Breakfast except in very particular deals. Booking direct with the hotel breakfast is always included. Your confirmation you receive after booking will show all inclusions.
