“Only minor criticisms I have. The flush on the toilet in our room had a fault and it sometimes wouldn't fill back up after flushing unless you lifted the lid off the toilet cistern (unfortunately we realised this late last night after the pub had closed and left before it opened to tell anyone). Also the pub is on the Norfolk and Norwich flight path. Not an issue for us as we are both heavy sleepers but may put some people off. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. ”

“I’ve stayed at the Roseberry before and was very happy to return. The rooms are clean and stylish and the continental breakfast arrangement with a mini fridge and little hamper is great. I’m not a coffee drinker but there’s a Nespresso machine and fresh milk, as well as a variety of teas and nice biscuits. Spacious walk in shower was excellent. The staff are friendly and pleasant and were ready to help carry luggage upstairs. Although the accommodation is above a pub, it wasn’t rowdy. I hear the food is really good. ”

“We loved pub under the accommodation. Pub landlord was amazing, friendly helpful. We did not meet up with the owners of the accommodation at all.”

“Very handy for us two cyclists. Both for getting into the city on foot or the right side to cycle around the east and north of Norfolk. Allowed use of a shed to secure bikes overnight.”

“Beautiful bedroom, gorgeous shower. Stayed for an exam at limelight studios, 15 minute walk away. Comfy bed and extra pillows provided. Onsite parking is good. Very quiet for being above a pub but it was a Thursday evening. The continental breakfast included is in the room already with a tray for breakfast in bed. Plenty of tea and coffee too. Would definitely recommend it.”

“Good pub/accommodation, relaxed vibe with friendly welcome. Good drinks selection and food. Dogs welcome in pub. Accommodation requires walking upstairs. Good sized rooms, good furnishings, good decoration. Bathroom big, good shower and facilities, fluffy towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo provided. Radiators for when cold, quick heat up. Large wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer. Breakfast in the room is continental - orange juice, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, croisant/jam. Tea making facilities, pint of milk in room fridge, plenty of teabags. Choice of pillows, table for sitting and eating. Not much noise from pub below, even when band on, they finish at a reasonable time. 1.2 miles from city centre, no real hills to walk so good for all. Reserved car parking, one space for each of the rooms was a welcome sight on arrival. Would recommend this accommodation.”
