Staff really friendly and helpful, even when we asked for an extra pillow. Room was fresh and clean. Location is excellent for Bangor, a minutes walk from the University and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Building is reasonably set back from the road though so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Staff were excellent from check-in to check-out and very prompt in dealing with requests. Room slightly on the small size for double bed and free standing wardrobe. Brown furniture in room dated but ensuite was modern and clean, excellent shower. Training room and facilities re business trip were good. Breakfast and evening meals were first rate and restaurant staff professional and courteous.
