Stayed for 3 nights. Very warm welcome from the owner. Room was fantastic, had everything you needed, was very clean and beds were really comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Location is a 5-10 minute walk to the seafront, very ideal. Would definitely stay again!

The Mayfair Hotel is a friendly family run hotel with a relaxed and informal atmosphere. We are situated in a quiet residential area but only minutes away from the sea front, town centre, bus and train stations.
The hotel offers 8 letting bedrooms (doubles and twin single) - most ensuite. The location in a very quiet area in the south of Skegness, a short distance from South Parade promenade, the southern bowling greens and the boating lake.
David and I (Lesley) are from a village in Nottinghamshire called Selston, which is near to Alfreton and Sutton-in-Ashfield or Mansfield. We have owned this hotel since 2005, as David left his job as a long distance lorry driver and me as a painter and decorator. We have five cats, which we adore but understand that not everyone does so they are not allowed in the hotel at all and know to use the 'tradesman' entrance. If anyone staying here has any problems at all please let us know.
We are situated in a very quiet area of Skegness, away from the hustle and bustle of seaside life but within a ten minute walk it's all there to see for yourself, whether it's shops, food, drink or seafront.
