We drove from the south coast of England. Tho hotel was exactly what we needed. We got married in 2014 in Gretna so it was in the ideal place for us to revisit where we got married and the surrounding area. It was everything we wanted with a fantastic breakfast before we left. Nice welcoming and helpful staff.

  • what is the latest we can check in.we are coming from fife and it's likely to be nearer 10pm

    Hi our reception closes at 8pm however you can sheck in at the bar which will be open until 10.30pm. Regards Donna

  • Hello, myself, my wife and our 3 month old son want to stay for 1 night on Sunday 22nd December. What is the latest time that we can check in? Also, we have our own travel cot - can i assume that a double room will be fine. Thanks Phil

    Hi Phil, Our reception closes at 8pm, however our bar should be open until 1030/11pm for you to check-in there. Our double rooms can fit a travel cot in, if you just make us aware of this at the time of booking. We do hope to see you soon. Kind Regards Donna

  • What is the best room for 10 year anniversary as we were married at the forge

    You can book a double room, then upgrade to a Bridal Suite a month before if we have one available. Regards Donna

  • good morning, I would like to book a room for tomorrow, one night only. Is your carpark at the hotel and as I will be driving my work van, which is similar in size to a ford transit. Will there be sufficient parking space? Many thanks, steve
