perfect from start to finish! one of my favourite london hotels

We originally booked a deluxe double room but on arrival was upgraded to a suite. It was my mums birthday weekend and therefore we were visiting London to celebrate. The staff were very attentive. They decorated the room and provided some complimentary cakes and a bottle of prosecco. The room was really lovely and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect and was only a 5 minute walk from Oxford Street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t have breakfast, we chose to use the spa facilities instead, which was a lovely bonus. We were given a suite unexpectedly, so had plenty of room. Hospitality was very good, bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative was that our toilet cistern started continually running water during the night when it was too late to point it out to staff, but it didn’t ruin our stay. Appreciated the 12 noon check out and staff let us leave our luggage for a few hours extra. A good location.
