United KingdomThis was our 3rd stay at The Norfolk Lodge Hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff without exception are very helpful,friendly and cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble, they make you feel at home. All the meals are cooked and presented to a very high standard. The breakfasts which range from full english to continental, everyone is catered for even guests who have special requests . We have stayed in some 5 star hotels and found that they haven't come anywhere near the standard of this hotel. We also had meals in the restaurant and bar meals all of which were delicious and well presented... Our room was cleaned daily and left spotless..... .
