  • My sister and her husband have just adopted 2 little boys, we are treating them to a nice stay and a show about being first time parents. Where would be the best and safest parking for your hotel? And do you do NHS or emergency service discount? They are looking for the 6th March 2019. Thanks.

    Parking: As a town centre Hotel we are lucky enough to be situated opposite a secure NCP car park (Nunns Road, CO1 1EJ) and we have tickets at reception which reduce the cost to £5.20 for 24 hours. A limited amount of free parking is available outside the Hotel in the Loading Bay on a 'first -come-first-serve' basis from 6.00pm - 8.00am Monday - Saturday with no restrictions on a Sunday.

  • Is there a bath in this room?

    Hi, Some of our king size rooms have baths as well as showers in the ensuite, just let us lnow when booking if you would like a bath.

  • Is the parking at the front of the hotel ? Is it usually okay to get a space ? Will my car by safe on the road ? Are the rooms noisy at night ?

    Llimited free parking is available outside the Hotel in the Loading Bay on a 'first -come-first-serve' basis from 6.00pm - 8.00am Monday - Saturday with no restrictions on a Sunday. The King size rooms at the rear of the hotel are the quietest.
