Days Inn Stafford, hotel in Stafford

Located at Stafford Services Southbound M6, this Days Inn is a 10-minute drive to Stafford. It has a range of breakfasts, a restaurant, free parking and rooms with TVs.

we just needed somewhere clean and comfotable to stay for a night and this hotel was more than adequate, and for the price it was good value, a restaurant /bar would have been good especially as there is neither on the service area.

The Swan Hotel, Stafford, Staffordshire, hotel in Stafford

Situated in the heart of Stafford, The Swan Hotel, Stafford, Staffordshire has an award-winning brasserie and stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi.

The smell is very bad, the furniture is very bad, the house keeping is not cleaning the room every day and complaining why the room is not clean after three days. The staff is very bad especially the general manager. The noise is extremely high and you will not sleep.

Firstly, thank you so much. All information was provide before our stay. When we arrived keys were in a locked box which was easily obtainable. We entered the apartment and it was clean, all appliances available.. toaster, kettle and even a dishwasher. There was clean bedding.. coffee, butter, bread and jam for the morning. Board games available, TVs all working. There was a shop across the road with good open times. Parking available at the front, with spaces available on the streets close by. Beds were comfy and we all slept great. Thanks again, will definitely book a visit again soon.

We live locally & only stayed as it was close to a music festival we attended. Lots of places to visit in surrounding areas though. Pretty villages, walking, canals, historic places to visit too. We didn't visit anywhere else but have done so previously so recommend Shugborough, Stafford Castle, Attingham,

Stafford is underrated as a place to visit.

Stafford is underrated as a place to visit. The town Centre is a gem. St Chad’s Church is steeped in history and the volunteer guides are very good. The Ancient High House is open and houses a museum, which is free to visit.

Main square is under construction at present, there is a market every Tuesday and thursday, its got a few stalls there, loads of lovely tea rooms and places to eat. Timmys is good, loads of choice. Near to Cheshire oaks shopping centre, and trentham oaks shopping village. A few good shops in stafford, and we visited a comedy club night at the local theatre. If your a fan of unique hand made pieces, go to the bottom of the main high street, there's a lovely wee shop selling them. The soup kitchen is a lovely place to eat, from meals to tea and cake.

    Never been to Stafford before.

Never been to Stafford before. The Vine Hotel was very quaint. Well worth the money. Had a good night sleep. Room and bathroom needs updating but was perfectly usable. Staff were very professional and friendly. Had a walk through the High Street is a work in progress pavements were being do e as well as I've work. Went to Bictoria Park and had a walk along the river and then the gardens was lovely. There was a market and plenty of shos to go in as well as a miseim. Wished we had more time as there it would have been nice to have seen more. Seems there is a lot to see in Stafford if you have the time. My stay this time was too short.

The room was first class and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner was vey good although it took two and a half hours (6pm - 8.30pm) which I think was down to lack of staff and the hotel being very busy. The breakfast was excellent. We found the car park difficult to find and a little more information would have been helpful.

Our total experience at this B&B was refreshing, comfortable and very welcoming. Our host, Steve, was helpful and friendly. Our suite was very spacious and nicely furnished. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area. We were here on the trail of my ancestors in Staffordshire. It was within a good distance of visiting Stafford and far enough out to enjoy a pleasant country setting. The pubs close by had delicious food. We especially liked the Three Crowns.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was very good. We had dinner in the lounge bar, which was flexible and suited us as we only wanted a light snack on the second night and we'd been out to a big family lunch. The location was perfect after a long journey - easy access from M6, but quiet and secluded just a few miles out of Stafford. Also plenty of parking spaces. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Very welcoming comfortable very clean with all amenities we needed. Loved the big shower. The kitchenette was great made good use of the fridge. We just used it for an overnight stay with an early start to go abd exhibit at a scale model shoe at Stafford show ground. Good selection of eateries in town. Selected this accomodation because we had to be at showground early so bed and breakfast option would not have been suitable.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Vine. Centrally located so really easy to get to all of Stafford's shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and breakfast was served 8am until 11am and was great value. If popping to Stafford for a visit I thoroughly recommend staying here. Excellent value for money and relaxed, homely atmosphere.

The cabin was spacious, comfortable and in a perfect location for work in Stafford. The shower was a little tight for me, but a very minor gripe. I always judge a stay on the shower strength… spot on. Wi-Fi - very good. Bed-cosy and perfect and plug points - plenty. Overall the tack room has been my favourite stay during my time working in Stafford .
