Fabulous on every level. Immaculate and comfortable accommodation, a hugely warm welcome and truly excellent food! All too short but we’ll definitely return. Thank you to Dan & all the very lovely staff.

Czech RepublicThe Spring Cottage was perfect for a family of four and like something out of a story book. The Old Hall Inn pub had good food and a great atmosphere. The hiking right from the front door, nearby, and within a 30 minute drive was awesome with breathtaking views. It felt like we were walking in a medieval fantasy movie.

Tasty and generous breakfast included with the room. Really appreciate the option to add a packed lunch The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the Cress Annex which was a bit on the smaller side but has an amazing view of the hills

The hotel is surrounded by stunning countryside and is perfectly located for some lovely walks. It is also tastefully decorated and serves truly delicious homemade food as well as a fine selection of beer and wine!
United KingdomThe whole place is amazing! The food and beer are top notch, decent prices (try the locally brewed Lukas lager!). The room was very comfortable and the location was also nestled into High Peak. Reception give you a GPS to take on your walks, just choose a distance and a route and follow the course. Also try the BBQ pulled pork burger…. Magnificent 5 stars
