“The walls were a bit thin so the noise from the pub came through pretty clearly. But it wasn't really an issue, you know you're staying at a pub when you book so a bit of noise is expected.”

“It's a comfortable, uncomplicated B&B above a lovely village pub. There are only 3 rooms so the shared bathroom facility is adequate and there are sinks in the rooms too. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is 'do-it-yourself' in a shared kitchenette but again it's convenient and satisfactory. Overall, good value for money, nice location and a comfortable stay.”

“Great location, spacious room, really clean, the Old Ham Tree was a great base for exploring the area. Self service breakfast was well stocked and being separate to the pub, we could come and go as we pleased.”
