Closeness to visiting attraction. Restaurant staff need further training, kept referring to my wife and I as guys! The hotel needs refurbishing, trays of plates and empty glasses were left in the corridor until the following morning.

We had a great time, and my kids expressed their likeness for the kind and friendly service provided by everyone we met at the Hotel, Thank you all 😊! Worth mentioning are both Julie and Will who went to length making sure we had a lovely breakfast and Dinner experience. Clean room and decent facilities. Highly recommend that the Dinner menu which is in the included package should be more varied.

Atmosphere welcoming. Reception st
aff pleasant, welcoming and efficient. We are both clearly disabled but not help offered with bags. Room very pleasant- clean, well- equipped, bed comfortable but booked for 2 people and only refreshment for one provided!
Did not appreciate drawing and message on bedroom mirror. Also no information - other than restaurant menu -provided.
Staff at breakfast rather sloppy - did mot clear tables quickly enough I.e. cereal bowls not removed to make room on table for drinks and main course/ toast etc.
Bar staff did not offer to carry drinks purchased to tables, despite obvious disability. Was also overcharged by one barman who, when challenged, managed to reduce the bill by almost £4.00!
Enjoyed the grounds and terrace outside the bar.
Toilets off bar superb! Top marks / especially the disabled facilities!

Great location and for the last 10 years our hotel of choice...
Great location and for the last 10 years our hotel of choice when we are staying in the area. Hotel and bedroom in particular was too cold. Staff were working wearing their large warm ski jackets to keep themselves warm whilst working ! We stayed at the hotel in June 2022 and now in January 2023 we have noticed that the entire hotel has had a number of expenditure areas reduced that are very evident e.g. staffing reduced, heating reduced to unacceptible levels, room facilities reduced or removed; breakfast times reduced; breakfast menu removed; breakfast options / facilities removed or reduced. It has the feel of a hotel being run down as it is in financial trouble. Shame as it has always been such a great located hotel with great services.

Wonderfully clean, comfortable rooms , we didn’t realise we had to put the heating thermostat on ourselves so we were cold until
The morning when we realised. Breakfast good but the bacon and egg a l little cool. Excellent selection of breakfast food choices .
We had a couple of events planned over the 2 days - an exhibition at Kensington Palace and the RHS Show at Hampton Court. The train station into London for the former was within about a 15 minute walk and the car journey to the Park and Ride for the latter was a similar time. The hotel's location next to the Thames was lovely - although we didn't appreciate how much noise geese can make early in the morning.
I used this hotel to collect a visitor from Heathrow and the location is perfect for a short drive to the airport. I was also a little nostalgic as I used to live in Shepperton many years ago. Room was comfy, the cooked breakfast was lovely and the staff very polite and helpful too. I'll definitely be staying again.
I have visited Shepperton on many different occasions, for both a short break as well as a long weekend and have always stayed at the Warren.
The old village is ideal for those wishing to explore the Thames pathway, as this has much to offer for those looking forward to canal locks and a pub lunch
The property was a beautiful Manor House with its quirks and charm and a lovely atmosphere. Tom & Fran were great hosts and provided a delicious breakfast !
This is a fabulous overnight stop for Heathrow, only 20mins away from the big chain hotels.
We loved it and will definitely return.
Location was good after our family day out at chessington world of adventures. We had a suite, which was a great size, and the bed was huge! The majority of the hotel was clean and the restaurant and bar area were well decorated. The leisure facilities were clean and well kept.
I like the size of the room, good location if you drive and know the area. It's great that it has a leisure facility and restaurant with outdoor space. Parking available onsite and £3.00 for an overnight charge is cheap compared to some hotels I've stayed in.
The room was a great size and the bathroom was also good size and everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room windows opened to allow in the fresh air. The breakfast was very good with good sausages. I would book the hotel again.
At less than £30 I wasn’t expecting hotel standards but this was great. Excellent value, lovely old house in shepperton that’s been well fitted out as a family run guest house. Clean, nice view from the garden room, very cheap, nice friendly host.
Good location for exploring the area, e.g. Hampton Court Palace was just a 15 minute drive. Short walk into Shepperton town centre if you wanted a restaurant/pub.
Breakfast was excellent and the hosts are really friendly and helpful.
It was a well equipped and organized hassle free hotel. It was a real plesure to spend the night at a 4star hotel.
The fitness center was well equipped, swimming pool water was warm and enjoyable.
The breakfast was superb.
