Unfortunately we are fully booked in our Deluxe Doubles on Saturday 7th November. We do however, have availability in one of our lovely Standard Doubles if this was of interest to you?

From our opening date of Monday 26th April we are able to serve all food and drink outside in our marquee and beer garden until 10pm, however, if you would prefer to be indoors you will are able to have food and non-alcoholic drinks only until 8pm.

Yes our breckfast is included in the price. We provide a variety of breakfasts, a range of cerials, poridge, fruit and multiple cooked options, full breakfast, eggs royal, eggs benedict, pancakes, french toast and many more options.

Good Afternoon Jane, Unfortunately, due to the age of our building we do not offer lift access to our rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of our building. However, our downstairs bar and restaurant has side door access allowing a wheelchair to enter with ease! If there is anything else I can help you with please do not hesitate to let me know! Unfortunately our accomodation is not pet-friendly, however, our bar area with our restaurant is if you wanted to dine with us.

We do not reserve parking, however, parking on our premise is strictly for our residents only so there will be no issues in finding a parking space.

We are located in the centre of Pitlochry just off the high-street so we are right by the shops. We do have our Deluxe Doubles with Super King Beds and we don't have any safes in our rooms but we can store anything securely for you.

We have one twin room in the hotel, this is room 7.

At present, we are unable to sell alcohol indoors and only residents are able to sit inside as of 6pm. As of Monday, we are able to sell alcohol with an evening meal until 8pm and outside is open until 10.30pm with any food and drink allowed.

We do not offer dinner, bed and breakfast packages within the Inn.

The only oppurtunity to upgrade rooms is if there is availability in any of our Deluxe Double rooms on the dates you search, this would be made an option for you whilst booking if there was space.
