We had booked for two nights. The clutch cable on our old car failed. so we were stuck a mile or so away. The owners helped us in every way they could by collecting us from our car, liaising with the local garage, giving us lifts to catch buses and helping us to stay until our old car had been repaired. Nothing was too much trouble.
