Our Guest house has changed and is very contactless due to our transitional phase as we get ready to hand the keys over to the new owners. New facilities I am sure will come online once the transaction has been completed. We now offer Bed & Bathroom, you will not really see any staff at the property. Our rooms are cleaned to a very high standard for our guests to enjoy and will not be cleaned by us until our guest has left.  Check in has become more flexible with Self check in available 100% of check ins.(payment would have been taken care of in advance) hand sanitiser dispenser available at the door. Comfortable accommodation comprising of Twin, Double & Family rooms which can accommodate a family of 4, a family of 3 and or 3 single beds for contractors. All 8 rooms have en suite bathrooms inc. double shower, vanity unit with wash hand basin & wc, remote Free TV, Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making facilities, clothes hanging space, towels & hairdryers.  1 room Kathleen's has a bath with power shower over head and shower screen.

Hi I am Kelly we really enjoy meeting people however our world turned upside down over the last 18 months and we are currently selling our business. So I will not meet you, as I have another job and live out of the area but we will probably speak to you on the phone. You will receive and email once payment has been taken which will give you all the information that you need for the perfect stay. We welcome you to our Guest House and we hope you are well and symptom free. However we do have The Old Times Pub on Spring Road 5 minutes walk up the road, you are welcome to take food in as the area surrounding the pub has plenty of takeaways to choose from. The OTGH offers Dog Friendly Rooms at additional cost.

We are close to the hospital, Ipswich Marina & great Theatres and 11 miles to Felixstowe. 5 minutes walk down the road we have our sister business The Old Times Public House, this is very friendly and surrounded by take aways and local co-op and Sainsburys. Come and have some Good Times at The Old Times.  We have our sister Public House (5 minutes walk) on Spring Road, IP4 5NG. Showing BT Sports, SKY Sports, Karaoke Thursday Nights, Ladies Darts Tuesday & Courtyard Garden contact Linda or Vaughan Social distancing rules have been implemented at the pub also for everyones safety.
