Living area: With Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock/CD player and double sofa bed. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedroom: With double bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. . Economy 7 central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Travel cot and highchair. Small garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This lovely 19th century converted stable is in a quiet position, situated in the owner’s grounds and set on the edge of the village of Oulton Broad, regarded by many to have the finest inland waterway in the country with many sport attractions. The popular seaside resort of Lowestoft is a short drive, and inland, the villages and countryside are well worth exploring. The sandy beach at south Lowestoft is approximately 2 miles.
