The staff were excellent. Loads of little things that just made the stay excellent. They had just about thought of everything in the room to make your stay as comfotable as possible. Great dinner and breakfast all served witha smile, which was grewat as they wore see through face shields rather than masks. I would thoroughly recommend.

Food was outstanding, excellent presentation, portions were large, and quality first class, equal to most good London restaurants. Price at £35 per head for 3 courses was remarkable. Staff we excellent, friendly and accommodating, nothing was any trouble, no issues with Covid restrictions, staff wore masks at all times. tables well spaced out, we will be returning to the Pheasant Hotel.

  • We need a ground floor room. preferably with disabled facilities ie walk in shower with seat. If you do not have such a room on the dates we have chosen would you please tell us when you could accomodate us?

    There is a room with wet room shower, grab rails & we provide a raised toilet seat, room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. We have rooms with walk-in shower, a little step to get in the shower, there is not the room to manoeuvre a wheelchair

  • The breakfast and dinner package included- what actually is the dinner package please?

    The Dinner is a three course meal (starter, main & dessert) selecting from our al la carte menu. We offer our guests booked on the DBB rate a dinner allowance of £35.00 per person,(children sharing their parents room are not included in the DBB rate). Any dinner charges over the £35.00 allowance are charged to the account and settled on check out. The allowance is for dinner as above and does not include alcohol. Thank you

  • How does this more expensive room differ from the one at £375 for the 2 nights

    The rooms are located on the first floor, they are more individual, most have front facing views and all have bathrobes. We are always happy to assist with luggage as we don't have a lift.
