Lovely friendly staff with good food in breakfast restaurant and in the bar in the evenings. Good sized double room, with great facilities. Very comfy bed. Large powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Terrace overlooking the river.

I wasn't offered the use of a lift....I don't think there was one. The TV in the room was as far away from the bed as it was possible which made viewing a bit unenjoyable. It would have benefited from a bigger tv or it being nearer the bed/chair to sit to watch. No decaf tea and coffee in rooms and not much milk. Had to ask for more on day 2 as it wasn't replenished by room service.

  • Thinking of booking a room next Sunday, can you confirm if your rooms have a shower please. We don't want a room with a bath. thanks Ian

    Hi, Thank you for your enquiry. All our rooms come with showers. Our suite is the only one that comes with a bath and a shower.

    Hi, If you are essential worker then yes we are. All parts of the hotel is closed. Only the rooms would be available. No restaurant, no breakfast etc
