Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

The Playwright is a fantastic, adults-only apartment in one of the best and most central Eastbourne locations. The property sits just a few short minutes by foot to the nearest beach, restaurants, cafe, theatre and town centre. The property has a two-bedroom, two bathroom layout, sleeping up to four adults (children not permitted). The master bedroom has a king-bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double bed with a bathroom of the hallway. Both bedrooms have access to the apartments private balcony. The open plan living/kitchen area is the perfect place to relax. the living area comes with more than enough seating for four people and includes a Smart TV and full Sky package to include sports and movies. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering break and it includes a washing machine, dishwasher, wine fridge, freezer, hob, cooker and microwave. This is a quiet apartment block where neighbours like their peace, so please keep noise low. Please pack your slippers and don't wear outdoor footwear inside, to protect floors and reduce noise transfer. Parking permits available at 2GBP per day.
