Perfect location for what we had planned. Food was great, staff very friendly. I traveled with two small dogs and they were made to feel very welcome. Would go again if headed back to that location.

The hotel was nicely decorated but still a traditional feel to it, friendly staff when we checked in and at the breakfast - both girls were on their own and busy but did a good job. Our room was nice, good facilities, tea making, bathroom a bit old fashioned but perfectly good. Very central to the town so perfect for what we wanted.

The staff were all so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Fantastic managers/owners, family run inn. Tony and his family made us feel very comfortable. The food and drinks were pricey but well worth it. The room was perfect, cleaned and refreshed daily. And the surrounding area is beautiful, lovely little town and incredible palace, helpful staff in all the bars/pubs. Overall, a very relaxing weekend.

  • Hi do you have any rooms with disabled access eg ground floor no steps. I use a wheelchair can I access the bar
    We have 2 ground floor rooms, a single and a family 4. They’re not disable adapted but have chess to the bar with one small step (so not ideal) Hope that answers your question

  • Hi I'm looking to come your hotel in November but as were 2 disabled ladies we need a walking shower only as we can get in and out of baths our own homes where we live are showers only and also do you have anything groundfloor
    We have a ground floor family room which has a shower. There’s a step approx 6 - 8 inches into the cubicle
