Particular thanks to thr young man on reception ( and also working at breakfast time) I requested an extra lumbar support in the soft bed and this was done - thank you said young man!! Linen and towels were clean and fresh. Bathroom spotless!

    Hi There, We have a Council Car Park right outside our doorstep which is roughly a couple of pound for a couple hours however if your using it all day it can get expensive but is free to use between 6pm and 8am or round the outside of the car-park on the street parking we have resident permits we can give you for allocated J Zone spaces it says J zone on lamppost we can give you a £4 voucher that last from noon that day to noon the next, I Hope this helped, Best Regards.   • I am from Amber List Country, Hong Kong. I need self-quarantine for 10 days in the place I stay. I CANNOT stay at quarantine hotel which are for Red List Country, said by UK Government. Do you accept this kind of booking?

  • It's likely we will be arriving there early, therefore, is it possible to store luggage in the hotel if our room isn't ready. Just so we don't have to drag it around with us , while we explore a little, please?

    If you arrive early we can hold you luggage at reception and depending on when the room if ready we can get it to your room so it saved you a job. Best Regards, Alfie

  • Where is the nearest car rental location and the best way to get there from the hotel?

    Nearest is located in the Marsh Barton Area around 15 mins in a taxi away or a 20 mins bus journey or if your feeling up to it you can walk there by cutting across the River Exe which is a nice walk in around a hour, The Business for rental is Thirsty Car Rental. Hope This Helps, Alfie

    Breakfast Depends there is a Bed & Breakfast Tariff and a Room Only Tariff so depending how you book depends on if breakfast is included in the rate, Wifi however is covered in all rates B& B or Room Only, I hope this helps, Best Regards, Alfie

  • We are visiting you on July 12th, I have a Blue Badge and wondered if there are any allocated places for Blue Badge holders Than you Shirley Cooper

    Dear Shirley, We haven't got our own car park, but we do have some residential parking places around the hotel and we sell permits for £5. The permit lasts from 12 midday for 24 hours. I am not sure about blue badge spaces. Anna, reception.

    There a council car park opposite the hotel which is pay & display with the council at the machine. or we offer J Zone Vouchers for on street parking, its stated on the lampposts Resident J Zone if you park there Vouchers are £5 at reception

  • Is there parking nearby and at what cost for overnight please

    Free Over Night from 6pm til 8am. Its a Council Pay & Display which can cost anywhere from £2-3 for a couple hours to £11 for all day, please bare in mind these prices do chance however. Also we have J Zone parking permits available at reception to buy for £4 this permits parking is located from the turning into our estate from the church, along the front and side of the hotel . be aware not all the spaces are allocated J so please check as it is stated on the lampposts by the parking bay. This permits allows from 12 noon on the day purchased to 12 noon the next day for 24 hours this times are fixed. Best Regards, Alfie
