The duty manager was very rude and unhelpful. Did not want to listen and when I informed him that he was being rude acted like a child. I have stayed in the hotel on several occasions, but I now won’t be booking a hotel for my overnight stays. I will also instruct my team not to used this hotel.

Fantastic little pub in the country 10 min down the Rd from Bury Farm for those looking for somewhere to stay when away competing. They cater for dogs which ment my dalmatian could come with me. Friendly locals, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Although they were not cooking on the day I stayed, the fish and chip van pulls up outside or there was plenty of take aways that delivered there. So really happy with my stay at the queen's head.
