United KingdomVery clean room,comfy bed,nice sized TV with cable, Netflix sadly unavailable as explained above,nice bath of hot water,shower gel and handwash supplied no bath or shampoo though?basket of tea,coffee,sugar & mini milks plus 2 biscuits there,good price gave me ground floor asked for a bath thankful for both, included breakfast can't comment as didn't have any due to circumstances of taxi coming and hospital appointment a take out continental would have been easier as I can't rush & don't eat at 7.30 usually discussed it by email and in person but felt staff encourage to go to dining room so didn't bother maybe next time?I stayed especially to get to the hospital on time as don't drive.

The staff, ALL go above and beyond to accommodate your retirement's. The room was large and the bed was comfy. A bath !! Which is a must for me,with toiletries and fluffy towels. I smoke🤭 and was able to book a smoking room!! Fabulous. Great value for money too. What's not to like👍.
