We were very impressed with this hotel. Staff were pleasant, informative and just so helpful. Nothing was a bother for them. This included the bar staff and waitress staff. We both had a light evening meal which was absolutely delicious. Our room was spotless, comfortable and pleasant. We will use this Company again on our travels. We have never used them before. Our thanks to all the staff at the Dereham Hotel. You were brilliant.

  • hi is it suitable for disabled person

    We unfortunately do not have any access rooms, or lift for the hotel. Our rooms are on the first floor, so there is a stairwell that would have to be used.
