Very friendly staff who waited even though it was quite late when we got there. Even helped carry the suitcases. One of which was extremely heavy.

Very clean and a very comfortable bed, would stay again when visiting the area thank you 😁

Great location and family room was large also providing a cot.

Out 3rd stay in the family sea view room and again From the minute we arrived till we left the owners and staff made us feel so welcome, fantastic customer service throughout our 4 night stay. Sea views from the room are amazing and me, my wife and 6 year old son agreed it's the best night sleeps we have had in a long while!! Hope to be back again soon x

The room was loveley and spacious and had a few cereals, croissants tea and coffee. Also a tv and a fan.

Great staff, clean rooms, parking, great position close to the beach and restaurants.

Great location, large room and very clean. Great to have a fridge in this hot weather and was provided with cereal, milk, yoghurt, croissants and biscuits as well as good supplies of tea, coffee and sugar. Was kindly provided with a room fan when the weather became very warm. A lovely short break, many thanks

Location was great, staff very friendly and we teallt enjoyed our stay.

We loved the bar with little bits to do for the kids, the staff were very friendly, the size of the room and the breakfast bits supplied for the room.

This was a perfect location to stay for the beautiful beach at Walton on the naze. We were late checking I'm but the staff stayed behind to wait for us which was very kind of them. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Staff has bought a little extra present for my girls, they each had a stick of rock on their pillows. Room was the best stocked room I've ever stayed in, there was cereal, croissants, plenty of tea, coffee, milk and a large bottle of water. Couldn't of been more pleased.
