Yes! We do have our own car park which is helped run by Euro Car Park's. It's located down St Mary's Lane which is just to our right and is the first car park on the right side of the river. Next to a small ice cream cafe.

We unfortunately don't have any destined place to store bikes, guests are more than welcome to take the bikes to their rooms if they wish but we do have a cellar by our reception which, depends on room due to our supplies, we may be able to store there, if not, there is an outdoor fire exit where it is possible to store bikes behind the steps if needed. Hi there, there's no height restriction on the car park, although it does get rather busy on occasion. We do have vans in the car park so large vehicles definitely can come down there. However it is a first come, first serve basis. Kind regards

Unfortunately this is something out of our control. Our family rooms actually allow up to 4 person's. If you wish to book with 2 adults, we can adjust this on check in on our system to correct it to 3/4.

Hello, Yes we have one room on the ground floor (room 228) which has a wetroom (instead of a bath) If booking online you would need to book the 'Accessible room' which can be made up as a double or twin. Many Thanks Emma

Hi! We do of course offer tea bags and coffee in our hotel rooms, if you wish to bring your own that is totally fine as long as they aren't used in the pub. We are always on hand to top up if needed.

Hi! So the train station for Tewkesbury is outside of town, so by bus it would take about 5 to 10 minutes. If you was planning on walking, then I would say about 30 - 45 mins.

I'm afraid we don't have a lift, our hotel is an old Tudor coaching inn and is grade 2 listed so we only have stairs in the building leading up to the bedrooms, we are more than happy to help guests with bags if ever asked and we do have one ground floor accessible room which is a twin/double that includes a wet room if that helps at all! Yes do have serve food and drink, breakfast is from 7am until 11:30am and the bar/kitchen shuts at 11pm. We do have twin rooms, they can be zipped into superkings if needed.
