The St Mary Suite is a well appointed, ground floor apartment within walking distance of Colchester's town centre. The accommodation comprises of a lounge/diner with laminate floor, kitchen with integrated appliances, master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room. There are two further double bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobe and a family bathroom. The property benefits from secure parking space and gas central heating.

Located within the 15 year old 'Balkerne Heights' development, The St Mary Suite is located in a prime area within the historic town of Colchester. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with a central courtyard offering a lovely outside area to enjoy. The apartment is within a short walk from a huge amount of attractions within Colchester, with shops, bars, restaurants and pubs within a 10 minute walk. Colchester has a wide variety of cultural sites on offer, with the Colchester Castle, Mercury Theatre, Colchester Arts Centre and numerous museums again within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. Located on Balkerne Hill, the apartment is around a 15 minute walk to the main train station within Colchester, which in turn is approximately 1 hour from London. The apartment is also a 10 minute drive to the A12, allowing easy access in and out of the town, and also offers a reserved parking space just outside of the front door. Once just outside of Colchester, guests can enjoy the varied surrounding areas of 'Constable Country', including the sleepy riverside area of Rowhedge, Wivenhoe and Mersea Island.
