we like everything but we though we choose the biggest accommodations but it was the small unfortunately we try to swap for a bigger but you’re fully booked. i’m disable and it was a bit difficult to move arround but even being small everything was really clean, cosy .

But this is a lovely place to stay, would ask for the bigger chalet if In a couple, but the owners were lovely and I very much enjoyed my night here.. thank you 💖

  • Hello Could you please tell me would we be able to stay for one night with our Dogs if they stayed in our cars. They would not be coming into the rooms at all. I have fully fitted out cages in the car. If not do you know of anywhere around your area that does Thank you Kind Regards Helena

  • Hi we are looking at booking 3 rooms for 23rd - 25th July but only one rooms says free cancellation. What happens with Covid, can we book 3 rooms with cancellation? We are going to the game fair so worries if it gets cancelled we won’t be travelling. Thank you

    1 day to up to 5 days FREE of charge. ( guests only) Thereafter it would be £2 per day. We have secure safe parking and CCTV on the premises. Thankyou

  • Hi are children from ages 4-12 allowed at the property?

    Hello we do allow max 2 children in the chalet barns only. There is a sofa bed adequate for one child over 8-12 or two smaller children under 8. We are happy for you to bring your own cot or sleeping bags also. Please state on booking. Thank you

  • I have booked a double room on the Saturday 27th December. Can I just check that there is a pub or a restaurant near by, can you walk to there? Also is my booking included in breakfast as well? Thanks.

    Hello yes we have pubs within walking distance along the canal and we supply a breakfast hamper in your chalet consisting of a selection of cereals, bread, brioche, yogurts, eggs, juice, teas and coffees. The standard double does not have a kitchenette. The luxury, superior and chalet barns do have a kitchenette with hob and microwave. Thank you

The Stables modern well equipped chalet accommodation that were once our horse stables. We are only 17 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick. Self catering facilities, private en-suites and kitchenettes. We have a private gated entrance with self check in door codes giving our guests a no fuss check in and privacy they like. The Stables at Deer Park Farm in Solihull offer well-equipped chalets overlooking the farm’s 60 acre paddocks with horses, red deer and alpacas. The chalets feature en suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries, double bed and solid oak flooring, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The chalet barns both have super king beds that when requested on booking can be made up as twin beds if required. The smallest chalets are the standard double bed en suite, and economy double with en suite.( no kitchenettes, although both have a kettle and fridge. All chalets are self catering with complimentary tea and coffee provided on arrival. If you wish to bring children and or dogs, this is on request onl,y and charges per night will apply. We can only allow children in the chalet barns subject to availability. We do have dog friendly chalets.

The Stables Deer Park Farm sits in 60 acres of glorious Warwickshire countryside yet is only 15 minutes from the NEC National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham Airport and with close links to motorway networks, we are just under 2 hours from the center of London. Just 17 minutes from Shakespeare County Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick. We are just over a mile from Knowle and Dorridge where there are many pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets and dietary requirements plus large and express supermarkets for any provisions you may need during your stay to make use of the self catering facilities. In the village of Knowle there are restaurants and cafes that cater for vegan / vegetarian options also. The Black Boy pub and The Kings Arms pub are in walking distance and both sit on the canal which is a lovely walk especially on a summers eve.
