A real personal feel in the property...a home from home with use of the hot tub

The cabin is very homely, we have stayed in the b&b before aswell. Kirsty is a fantastic host and nothing is a hassle. I love the area it is so peaceful and a good base for exploring fife, we went to elie, Falkland, Lomond Gilla. The hot tub is the biggest I’ve ever been in and is fabulous :)

This was such an amazing find! So relaxing and comfortable. The staff - Kirsty - was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We wish we had stayed longer! The restaurant Kirsty recommends was delicious!! She can also give you details for a taxi company to sort out transport. Everyone was so kind and helpful.   • Is Byres castle accessible by taxi ? We are attending a wedding and don’t want to drive

    Hi there, Myres Castle is around 15 min away from us. We have a lot of guests attending weddings there staying with us. There are only a few taxi firms for the villages and so we have a dedicated taxi service we use and we help you organise this in advance. AS there are only acouple it is best to bok as soon as you book with us, simply let us know the times and we will arrnage with them subject to availability. Thanks Kirsty

  • thanks for your prompt response. I'm waiting on actual confirmation from 1 of the clients but hopefully, and most likely, it will be next Tuesday 16th. Possibly the Thursday 18th. Cheers Glyn

    Hi glyn darn so i have a key worker in on the 17th and 18th which due to the rules on time between stays i cant have someone the 16th, any other date

  • How close to fernie castle, do you know anywhere close by that would watch 2 small dogs for 1 day 3/10/20

    Hi We are around 45/50 mins from Fernie Castle, we allow dogs , we usually suggest that if people are out for long periods a crate is used, we cannot gurantee we would be avail to check on the dogs and so prefer not

  • Does this suit have jacuzzi?

    Hi Sory the Wilson Family suite does not have access to a hot tub. It is only The Selkirk B&B room within the Steadings and Beech Lodge Self Catering Log Cabin that have their own private hot tubs. We hope you can get booked on dates to suit you in either of these if this is what you are looking for, Kind regards Kirsty

  • Hi I was looking to book with the private hot tub but can only see options of patio or family room ?

    Hi there the Selkirk Room with private patio is an ensuite room in the bed and breakfast with a patio and private hot tub outside. This room can be booked room only and sleeps too or tick breakfast to include breakfast. The Wislon Family room DOES NOT have access to a hot tub, unless it is booked with the same party as is staying in the Selkirk and then they can have access to the hot tub, Beech Lodge log cabin is our other accommodation with private hot tub. This is next to the main bnb building sleeps 2 -4 witha sofa bed for a further 2 , 6 max has its own hot tub and fully equipped kitchen lounge bathroom and two bedrooms and is self catering only. Any other questions just ask we hope you can book dates to suit. you. Kind regards Kirsty

  • Is it only the family rooms without the hot tubs available for this sat.. I’ve been before was so good!

    Hi Yes the family room does not have a hot tub, all our hot tub accommodation is booked for this weekend Im affraid can I look at any other dates for you
