“The property is recent, and clearly purpose-built. As a bonus, it is essentially ground-floor with only the single beds upstairs, so is very accessible. Consequently it uses the interior space very well, without feeling in any way cramped. There was lots to eat in the kitchen and fridge - and then the charming owner popped by with some more. It is great for a night or two, but those staying longer might appreciate a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are some great places for an evening meal within walking distance, and the quay area is very picturesque.”

“The accommodation was fairly easy to find and parking was immediately outside the cottage. No one answered from the main house when we arrived but in fact we found the cottage was unlocked. Fixtures and fittings were in good condition and the range of foods left for us for breakfast was very good indeed. The location for visiting Woodbridge and surrounding areas is excellent though care needs to be taken leaving the drive as there are bends in both directions. A very comfortable couple of days.”

“Lovely comfortable beds with the double in a spacious main room with a kitchen at one side and twin beds on a mezzanine. Quiet despite being off a busy road. Tamsin was really welcoming and kindly let us keep baggage in storage after checkout so we could have a walk around Woodbridge before our train home. Only 10 minutes walk from the picturesque riverside.”

“The accommodation was perfect for us (two adults and 11 month old). There is an upstairs but we chose to use our travel cot in the main space. The microwave, fridge and kettle meant we could easily prepare food for our little one. The host was lovely and friendly and dropped off some bread and strawberries for us which was a lovely touch. The accommodation is literally next to the hosts house, so it is easy to contact them if needed. It was only a few minutes walk into Woodbridge so the perfect base to explore the area. We loved our visit and will definitely be back next year!”
