The hotel was good value for money, ideally located within easy reach of all Harrogate has to offer. A very comfortable stay and wonderful breakfast. Customer care was excellent in advance of our stay (personal requests for an elderly relay) and throughout our stay. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Warm welcome and very nice hotel. Orchid restaurant was exceptional and a real treat on the taste buds. We felt spoilt and had a lovely time. Great location near Harrogate’s centre which is a very nice place to walk around. Valley Park is also right next door and truly beautiful! We were able to charge our electric car onsite at a reasonable rate which was the icing on the cake!

Paid over £500 Fr 2 night stay.booked a suite with view.The room was small and had too much furniture in.There was an adjoining entrance with a sofa in but a waste The room would have been a lot bigger without it

  • Hi, what is the difference between a small double and a double room, do you provide tea and coffee and is the parking on site, thank you
    Both rooms types have a double bed, the difference is in the room size. Tea/coffee is provided. Parking is available at £10 per night.

  • Hi, I need somewhere to rest during the day as we will be travelling from 9pm onwards. Am I able to check in at 2pm and check out at 9pm?
