“My room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The only meal I had was breakfast, which was fine as I was only staying for one night. This was my second visit, and I would recommend it to friends.”

The breakfast is cooked to order and I found the quality outstanding both mornings. I also ate in the restaurant one evening and recommend the evening/bar menu. “A lovely little hotel I have stayed in numerous times. They helped us arrange a family Drinks and dinner reunion. The services as great and so was the food. The room was a bit small but I expected that. Super comfy bed. My only gripe is the church bell rings every hour. I am a light sleeper so I just take Advil PM or a sleeping pill! Fabu breakfast.”

“I am a previous customer and always have an enjoyable stay in the Swan. The location is great, Alresford is a lovely town and the atmosphere at Christmas makes it very special. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is tasty and provides a great start to the day. I stayed in a room at the front of the hotel , it was comfortable and quiet providing a restful nights sleep. It is smaller than the annexe rooms that are located in the car park but they are quieter if a function is taking place, I prefer the space so I would choose the annexe next time. The bar is usually busy but service is good with a good choice of beer and lager. Once again a great stay at the Swan and I look forward to returning soon.”
