United States of AmericaThe location in Trafalgar Square was very well centrally-located to the attractions we visited in London and access to the Underground at Charing Cross was great. The Square and surrounding area was extremely crowded, but the hotel somehow felt like an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The bed, pillows and shower were great! We chose the breakfast included option, and felt like that was a good value. Breakfast was much more than just the standard Continental fare; there were hot items available as well. Lastly, all the staff was friendly and helpful!
United States of AmericaThe rooftop bar was quite a novelty! The view was great! Seeing the giant ferris wheel "lit up" against the night sky was remarkable! As was the trendy "urban" decor! All of the staff were quite pleasant. This hotel seemed to be a great meeting place for "locals," as they did have a private party that was attended by 40 to 50 people. Also, it seems to attract young professionals (mid "20s to 30s")!
