staff were so attentive and polite. cocktails and food were amazing. They put some cake in the room for my husbands birthday. He felt very special.

The room was a good size with everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic!! Excellent location too!!

Attention to detail was very nice - such as little treats for our anniversary. Food was excellent and the location is perfect.

It was smack bang in the middle of Covent garden 10 minutes walk to trafalgar Square surrounded by theatres. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and Went out of their way to help us .Big shout out to the doormen amazing knowledge of London ie trains/busses/taxis

Initial room was small but got instantly reassigned to a great room
