It was very central to everything we wanted to do and having both a restaurant and pub attached was very convenient. The room was kept very clean and stocked with all the essentials and during August it was very useful that we had our own entrance to and from the room instead of going through the pub.

The family-run Wellington Cromer is just 350 feet from Cromer’s beachfront and town center. A flat-screen TV and a DVD player are included in each contemporary room. Real ales are served in the large Victorian bar, which shows Sky Sports on the TV and has a pool table and dartboard.
The Royal Cromer Golf Club is 5 minutes’ drive from The Wellington. Cromer Rail Station is less than 10 minutes’ walk away and Norwich city center can be reached after a 45-minute train journey.
Set in a converted stable block, the Courtyard Restaurant serves homemade British dishes made from locally sourced produce.
A modern private bathroom is also included in every room, as well as tea and coffee making facilities and a selection of toiletries.
Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.0 for a two-person trip.
