The property and its amenities were spectacular. Everything from check in to check out was impeccable. Paris at the front desk was a gem. She ensured our stay was seamless and even sent up a gift for our honeymoon. She was attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay so special! Paris is a real asset to the Westin hotel in London and anyone that gets to meet her during their stay is considered lucky because she will take care of everything! The rooms are clean and well kept.
