“Very friendly staff; great breakfast; nice beers; great location”

“Booked for three nights well in advance - glad we did as it was sold out for months ahead. Our room was compact but beautifully decorated with calm grey colours and had everything we needed in it, bottles of water, good supply of tea and coffee, tv. Spacious shower room. Breakfast was excellent, served at table with traditional offerings such as eggs Benedict and scrambled eggs with salmon. We didn’t eat dinner. Car park was for residents only and to our surprise we could still get in it after the wedding party we were at till late.. Good location a few meters from the beach. On the way home we visited Sheringham which seemed a crowded tourist trap compared to the much smaller Blakeney.”

“Our room had a wonderful view down to the quay and it had a good sized en suite. We were able to choose which of 3 rooms we would like to eat breakfast in and there was certainly no problem with being able to socially distance. There were several choices on the breakfast menu and the service was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent to explore the area on foot and there was always a parking space available in the hotel car park which was important, as Blakeney can get pretty crowded.”

“Hotel was ideally situated at Blakeney with great walks nearby. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of space. It was very clean throughout, with a great bathroom. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a Dinner on our first night which was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Nice hotel stay whilst walking the Norfolk Coast Path. Very cozy room. Great selection of tea and coffee. Spacious bathroom with a tub and shower attachment. I enjoyed my soak in the tub, after a long days walk! Room was very quiet and I slept like a log!”
