As a rough guide for up to the end of March, and presuming that a weekend is involved, the direct price with WightLink would be around £75.00 return, or through us if you book via an OTA around £69.00 or if direct with us around £62.00. A far better bargain would be from Southampton with Red Funnel (the little extra mileage on the mainland would be more than compensated by the saving of mileage on the island). Booking direct with them would again be around £75.00, but if through us after accommodation booked via an OTA we could offer around £58.00 whilst if a direct reservation around £50.00 should be available. Thank you for your question. If it is the Two Roomed Family Suite then, yes, it has two separate bedrooms both with doors. One bedroom has a king sized bed and one has a single bed and a set of bunk beds. Regards - Reception

Obviously some of our 40 rooms are close to one another - but where there are 2 adults and 3 children the best choice would be our 2 bedroomed family suite - photos and description of which can be seen online.

Walk - 170 yards

Plenty of ground floor bedrooms so no lift. Dogs accepted with rules (leads, no public rooms). No sea views as not on sea front - but just 170 yards to beach. We only serve Breakfast - plenty of restaurants within walking distance

If it is a standard twin room than yes it is ground floor, but small twin there are on the first floor

Social distancing measures in place in our dining room, bar and ballroom. Hand sanitiser around the hotel (common areas). Staff up to date with all new regulations and deep cleaning regimes, The pool is open however the government prevents the other wet facilities from being opened just yet.

Only ground & 1st floors so no lift. Many bedrooms on ground floor so no problem but: a) We MUST know if a wheel chair is used & b) No ensuites can accommodate a wheel chair. No sea views, 170 meters to beach but good car park unlike seafront hotels.

No shuttle required - beach is less than 2 minute's walk away.

We would remind you that, currently, whilst the government will now allow us to open our swimming pool, we are NOT permitted to allow use of the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room.

The pool is open from 25 July but the Steam Room, Jacuzzi & Sauna are not yet permitted.

No sorry we do not have sea views, but we are only 160 meters away from the seafront.

No, we do not have any refundable options once the arrival date is within 14 days but, if Covid was proved to be the reason, we would allow changing to a later date.

No, we do not. However if you have a treatment over £30.00 with our therapist, you are welcome to use the pool facilities on that day.

We have many ground floor rooms - but without knowing when this client may wish to come we obviously cannot say if one is available - dates needed!

No charge but you feed. .Can go to your room but any damage/cleaning is chargeable. Not allowed in public rooms and must be on a leash at all times.
