The Winter Dene, a refurbished Victorian villa, stands in award-winning gardens on the West Cliff, within easy walking distance of the town centre and the Bournemouth International Centre, pier and beaches. The property also stands just 250 metres from the cliff top. The spacious en-suite rooms are individually decorated with antique furniture, TV, hospitality trays, safes and feature garden views. Breakfast is £12 per person, payable at the property. Full English and other options are available and to be chosen the night before. Breakfast is subject to availabllity. Guests also benefit from free parking and free WiFi.

The Winter Dene was built in 1881 as a holiday home for a wealthy Victorian family. It became a hotel in 1935 and has been updated throughout the years to accommodate the demands of the modern holidaymaker whilst still retaining individual character. It is now run as a Bed and Breakfast.

Renzo and Heather, have been at the Winter Dene for 25 years. This follows a lifetime of experience in hotels in Italy and Jersey. As Resident Proprietors it is important to us that the property is always well maintained and welcoming.

Bournemouth's beaches are just five minutes walk - Durley Chine's Blue Flag beach is our closest. The West Cliff has a lovely park on the cliff top or you can take the zigzag, steps or funicular car down to the beach. There are many restaurants and cafes within a ten minute walk of the Winter Dene to suit all budgets and tastes. No need to take the car! Shops, post office, chemist and launderette are all close by.
