“I've stayed at the York Hotel on many occasions and always find it comfortable and friendly. Most of the rooms are of good size. All rooms come with shower or bath, kettle ,tea and coffee. We had a twin room over looking the side street but you had a sea view because of the large bay window. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The hotel is opposite the pier with the shopping centre entrance at the back of hotel, just 2mins walk to town were you can catch a bus to visit many more tourist attractions. The breakfast is fantastic consisting of juice, cereals, toast and a delicious cooked English breakfast. The staff can't do enough for you. Shaun and Arthur were a pleasure to talk to and looked after us through out our stay, nothing was too much trouble for them.”
