The hotel was great, the location fantastic and the staff helpful. The restaurant was lacking in options and variety, too many disjointed menu pairings that did not really offer much selection. The bed pillows were rock hard, but the mattress was good.

My second stay at The Alan .. I love it! Different room this time I was on the 4th floor. First time I was on the first floor which was a nicer room. Decor was nicer more abstract. The customer service is always on point. James was so helpful

  • Hello, I was wondering if there was an option to pay for early check in as I have an event at the arena at 4pm and I see your check in is 3pm
    Due to business levels, we cannot guarantee an early check-in. The best way to guarantee an early arrival is to book the night prior to your arrival, so that the room is ready for you on day of arrival.
