We specifically enjoyed the staff. Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly at the front desk. Everything in the room was clean and new and modern.

The hotel has a very good shower system. The lighting and AC system is compact and efficient. The bed is comfortable. The location is less than two blocks from the Paddington Station, very convenient.

The location is great! The street is beautiful and close to everything. The room is clean and comfy, staff very friendly.

I stayed here for just one night during a long layover. I stayed in a "cosy single" and it was a tiny room, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful - probably the most delightful shower in terms of water pressure that I've had in a hotel in years! It was very conveniently located to get to Paddington station to get to and from Heathrow, too!

It is a small hotel in an older building away from the busiest streets but still a quick walk to Paddington and good restaurants. It is very updated and modern inside with a small lift (great for 2 people + suitcases) and the rooms have air conditioning, which was hard to come by in our past trips to London, especially in this price range. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains were thick so sleeping in is possible. The breakfast is £7 if booked ahead and was good for a continental breakfast, with self serve toast, egg poaching station, fruit salad and coffee machine. There is gluten free bread on request and staff was very accommodating of food allergies.

I stayed in the Executive Double, which was larger and more comfortable, and also had a fridge. The breakfast was good, especially the excellent muffins. I especially appreciated the beverage room with free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate at any time. The location is convenient to Paddington Station, and therefore to Heathrow, though not so close to most attractions in London. They also had my room ready upon my arrival in late morning, which I really appreciated.

Once we figured out the high-tech features of the room, we liked it. Though compact, it had everything we needed and was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Could not be more convenient location for catching the Heathrow Express at Paddington.
