The rooms were large and had a bath as well as a shower over the bath. The windows opened properly. The food in the bistro was exceptional and reasonably priced. The hotel is close to both the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel.

Lovely warm and friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble. It's the most excellent position for Helix Park and The Kelpies, being literally 5 minutes away. Having our dog travelling with us was no problem at at, and in fact she was treated like a little VIP. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Cooks bar and kitchen was excellent value for money, the food was fab and you just got to try the sticky toffee pudding it is scrumptious

  • Hello we have a voucher for high tea, we are also looking to book a room could we use this on the same day we were looking to book a Friday

  • hi do you do evening meals as I am looking to stay this Thursday to next Thursday?

    Hi we start serving evening meals from next Monday, this week till Monday is only open to key workers, we have a microwave and plates and cutlery you can use at hotel till the hotel restaurant opens and various take aways deliver to hotel.

    Unfortunately our rooms do not have a fridge in them. If you require a fridge to store medicine then we are more than happy to do this for you.

  • Would I be allowed my large dog in this room with us?

    Good morning We do have a limited number of rooms that allow pets to come and stay. Unfortunately, the executive rooms are not suitable. There will be an additional £15.00 pet charge. I hope this information will allow you to make a decision.
